Our return policy ensures your satisfaction with every purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact our customer service team (tableandthreadllc@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your item. For exchanges, we'll ship your replacement at no additional cost. Certain items like final sale or custom orders may not be eligible for return. Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by an original sales receipt or order confirmation.
We gladly accept unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. All tags must be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging. Defective items may still be eligible for return.
Returns made within 30 days will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
